Returned some boots and still have not…
Returned some boots and still have not got a refund after they emailed me on 19 Jan to say monies where being refunded to not getting the refund customer service is diabolical I’m sure you talk to robots becouse I have emailed severel times and the answer is always in same format don’t waste your time or energy on this website I’ve never shopped anywhere as bad

Diabolical customer service
Diabolical customer service! First time ordering and have already experienced the terrible lack of customer service as others have on here! Ordered a pair of boots yesterday and paid (a lot) for express delivery to arrive today. Only received an order confirmation this morning. Chased up the next day deliver with ‘customer service’. Sarath said that they were trying to sort the order out. I requested a refund of the express delivery charge, perfectly reasonable considering I needed the boots for today and Carvela could not honour that. Sarath replied saying yes we unusually could not honour that on this occasion but you should receive them tomorrow and have a wonderful day! What a cheek! I am absolutely gobsmacked at the lack of customer care, disregard for customers and don’t care attitude! From the other comments I see on here, this unfortunately is how this company operates! What a terrible shame and obviously it has put me off purchasing again in the future. All they have to do is the right thing by the customer! Refund the express delivery charge! It’s not difficult, it’s fair and it keeps customers happy!

Order 75047899. Despite paying to return a pair of shoes and emailing customer services numerous times, Carvela have not responded to me. They haven't collected the shoes or refunded me. Avoid buying anything from them...dreadful customer service.

Service in westfeild store is…
Service in westfeild store is herrendous. I ordered online to collect in store, but found something better and decided not to collect so store would send back and refund will be processed. However 1 month and no refund. Went instore to still find they were still there. I asked to send back but she just accepted the items as collected, now i have to send back. On invoice it states free return. However when you go to return it prompts you to pay to return. NEVER AGAIN OMG!

No replies to emails.
I placed an order which they cancelled with no explanation even though the shoes are still available but are now advertised at a higher price. I have sent 4 emails and 2 messages on facebook and had no reply.

This company is impossible to deal…
This company is impossible to deal with. After waiting over a week I still have no shoes, they finally decided Evri had lost the parcel and despite me asking for a replacement they issued a refund. I replaced the order on a next day delivery even though the alleged refund has not arrived- they have ignored my repeated requests to refund the delivery charge and even worse, they have not sent the shoes! 2 payments missing now, no shoes and NO ability to speak to anyone. Absolutely dreadful service, stay way.

DO NOT BOTHER
I am still waiting for my order after days of waiting and endless messages from Evri and zero info from Carvela following the latest delay. As it stands they have my cash and I am without my product. Dreadful service, don't bother. Currently working out how to get my money back without the ability to either talk to anyone at Carvela or Evri. I would best describe as theft actually! Am contacting my bank.

They deliberately take a long time to…
They deliberately take a long time to refund your money, never order anything from them online.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for size, returned a pair on 13th October via Evri. It's. It's now 11th November and I still haven't been refunded.

They pretend the dispatch back to them takes a long time and that they haven't received it from the courier and then draw out their own 14 working days to refund process. I have since been in touch to say I have not received my money, I received a confirmation to say the refund would be 5 days and 7 days on its still not here.

I think this is deliberate and judging from other comments, a very common theme. I will now be raising it as a dispute with my credit card company

Do not purchase from them
Do not purchase from them, they sent me the wrong size shoes and want me to cover the shipping costs to return the shoes, the shipping costs is more than I paid for the shoes.

I had previously bought 2 pair of…
I had previously bought 2 pair of sneaks that I was very satisfied with.
I just recently bought another pair with a higher heel.
I thought I had done a good purchase
They were the most uncomfortable sneaks I’ve ever bought
I used them for 1 day. They would nit be taken back or exchanged.
I would not recommend buying them.
Very dissatisfied

No refund despite item being confirmed as returned
I purchased an item which, when received, was not suitable and so I returned it within a few days.

I received no communication from Carvela, so I emailed support to find out if the item had been received and was advised it had been.

I have now been waiting for a refund for three weeks. They are two days past the 14 working days limit and I have had no communication or refund sent to me.

I have written to customer services and am told that a) my item is not at the warehouse when another individual confirmed it had been and b) that I had to wait 14 working days for the refund which, as said above, has now passed.

Shocking service, I would not recommend that you order from this website at all.

Terrible delivery services
I ordered next say delivery for my graduation and more than 24H later they gave me tracking info and said they would give me a refund for next day shipping. ‘Guaranteed’ next day delivery they said. So disappointed!

Carvela in Meadow Hall great staff and customer service
I recently went to the Carvela store in Meadow Hall and I was so impressed with the staff and service. They went out of their way to help me with no pressure to purchase. I went back a few hours later and bought 2 pairs of trainers for my holiday. Thank you for your patience and excellent service.
